Rena has played an integral part in her own job search. She has been completing applications and reaching out to her team when she is in need of support. She participated in a job shadow where she jumped right in and worked alongside seasoned employees. Transportation as a barrier? No way! She looked up the route and got home on PARTA. SHE GOT THE JOB!
