Notice of Committee Meeting

NOTICE OF FINANCE / HR COMMITTEE MEETING

The Portage County Board of Developmental Disabilities will hold a Finance / HR Committee Meeting on Tuesday, May 3, at 4:00 PM.

The committee will: move into Executive Session for the purpose to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official, or the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual;

REASON: Compensation of a public employee or official

Following Executive Session, the committee will adjourn.

The meeting will be held in person at the Happy Day Services Building (2500 Brady Lake Road, Ravenna, OH) and a broadcast will be done via ZOOM.
