#WorkingWednesday Teddy Carlson

When we last spoke to Teddy Carlson, he was about to start a new job. We decided to check in on him to see how his job has been going.  Talking to his coworkers at Deluxe, it is clear to see they enjoy working with him. They stated he is excellent at what he does, and while everyone is still getting to know each other and figuring out best practices, they are happy to have him on their team. Here is what Teddy has to say about his job.  

Q: How long have you worked at Deluxe now?

A: For over 2 months, since Monday, May 16th, 2022. I work for four hours every day. Monday thru Friday. 

Q: What is your favorite part of the job?

A: My favorite part is that I organize, sort, alphabetize, and count out loud until I get the total amount on the order forms. I fill cart orders and I do inventory. 

Q: Who do you go to when you have problems?

A: When I need help, I go to Melinda. She is a nice person who helps me out a lot. 

Q: What do you do at work that makes you feel proud?

A: I am making money, and I can buy things that I want.  Fish for my tank. I can go to AllFired Up for painting ceramics. Or I can get after-work treats at the many restaurants in Streetsboro. 

Q: How has having this job made you feel?

A: My job has been going good. My job makes me happy.
