Professionalism and Self-Development for Supervisors

This class identifies common challenges of people in supervisory positions and brainstorms responses to those challenges. Class participants will evaluate their own supervisory skills and consider ways to build on their personal strengths. Participants will also explore the supervisory role as a leader within an organization and the impact of that role on the culture and success of that organization.
