Request For Proposal - Residential and Emergency Youth Home

The Portage County Board of Developmental Disabilities (Portage DD) requests written proposals from qualified agency Medicaid waiver providers or ICF providers to operate a residential home for children with developmental disabilities.

If this program is successful, the intent would be to add some future homes if the need is still present in Portage County.
