Today we meet Carla Hamrick who is starting her employment journey.

What are your goals for working with OOD? my goal is to get a job and get my driver’s license so I can drive myself to work

When did you first start working with OOD? I started working with them in April.

Who helps connect you with OOD? What did you have to do? Tiffany Jones the Community Employment Coordinator helped me.  We had to fill out a form and I had to sign some papers.

Who is your counselor with OOD? Tracy F.

What has it been like so far what, have you done? They set up a driving assessment and they set me up with a job coach

Who is your job coach? Joy

What have you and Joy done so far? We met and tried to get to know each other talked about jobs I might like.

What are your job goals? I'm not sure I'm still figuring that out
